OUR PROCESS FOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

Our management consultants follow a 7 phase process to effectively implement ISO standards into an organization's standard practices and protocol.

Phase 1: Gap Analysis

The first of the 7 phases will kick off with a process of organizational self-analysis. During this phase our consultants will compare the best practices with the processes with the processes currently in place in your organization. Determine the gaps between your organizations practices and the identified best practices. Through this you can then decide on the best practices you want to implement in your organization.

Phase 2: Awareness Training

The purpose of conducting awareness trainings is to develop an effective business processes improvement culture in the Client Organization, via knowledge transfer and a structures training program. This phase will focus on the personnel who represent the specific departments/ sections. The delegates will get an in-depth look into the Management System being implemented, learn about the basics as defined by the governing International standard, and understand the benefits of working with effective business processes and become aware of common pitfalls that they may encounter.

Phase 3: Documentation

Our consultants will analyze the findings of the Gap Analysis Report and document your organization's Management system in accordance with the specific ISO standard. Some of the key documents that will be created during this period will be the Organization Management System Manual, Procedures Manual and the forms and formats.

Phase 4: Implementation

The purpose of this phase is to ensure effective understanding and implementation of the documented Management System o the client's side. During this phase, Tatweer's consultants will carry out the following actions:

Enforce and re-enforce the awareness of policies and objectives by the Organization.
Commence the utilization of approved documents
Ensure that the agreed documents are the only in-hand operating management system, and no unapproved document is under use.
Obtaining the feedback from all levels of the Organization on the efficiency of the agreed documents and assist in issuing any required new issues/ revisions of the same.
Conducting a customer feedback process, and analyzing it statistically to evaluate the results.
Where required, conducting awareness sessions to stabilize the Management System awareness by the Organization

Phase 5: Internal Auditor Training

In phase 5, our consultants will train the chosen delegates from the Client's side in the role and function of Internal Auditors. This will in turn enable the Organization to monitor and review the effectiveness of the its internal audit function; review and monitor the internal audit function's independence and objectivity and the effectiveness of the internal audit process, while taking into consideration the relevant professional standards. This will also help the Organization to review and monitor the external auditor's independence and objectivity and the effectiveness of the audit process, while taking into consideration the relevant professional and regulatory requirements.

Phase 6: Internal Audit and Management Review Meeting

Tatweer's consultants will assist the Organization in developing a fully functional Internal Audit Plan and assist the Organization's internal auditors in conducting their first ever hands-on full system audit at this point. They will also help in the preparation of the audit reports and closeout of the resulting non-conformities. The top management will also be involved during this phase at the time of the Management Review Meeting during which a review of the Management System will take place. Our consultants will also advise on long term continuous improvement measures in order to ensure that the Management System is in a state of continual improvement.

Phase 7: Certification Audit Support

During this phase, our consultants will help the Organization to finally become ISO certified by assisting them in the selection of a suitable Certification body. Our consultants will be present at the time of the certification audit and assist in closing out any non-conformity if identified.
